Kennedy Satterfield

Kennedy Satterfield (Choctaw Nation) serves as the Communication and Digital Strategy specialist at the American Indian Policy Institute (AIPI), where she leads initiatives to expand AIPI’s online presence, strengthen digital engagement, and amplify the voices of Indigenous communities. With a background in strategic communications, brand management, and digital marketing, Kennedy brings a passion for impactful storytelling and audience-centered strategy.

Prior to joining AIPI, Kennedy held senior leadership roles at DoorDash, where she led internal communications and organizational change efforts for teams of 350+ employees. She is also an experienced consultant dedicated to supporting mission-driven organizations through strategy, storytelling, and operations.

Kennedy is currently pursuing her M.A. in Strategic Communication at Arizona State University. She is committed to advancing digital equity, representation, and tribal sovereignty through thoughtful communication and community-centered design.
